Cashilo (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a mobile application designed for recording income and expenses. We respect and protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

We only collect information necessary to provide the core functionality of the app. We do not upload your financial records, and we do not sell your data.

1.1 Information You Provide

• Income and expense entries you manually add
• Photos you upload for your avatar (including photos taken with the camera)
• The phone number you manually entered

All financial data is stored locally on your device.

1.2 Permissions We Request

(1) Device Information

Used to identify basic device environment (such as device model, OS version, crash logs) for performance optimization and stability improvements. We do not collect personally identifiable device fingerprint data.

(2) Camera Permission

Purpose: Only used to take or update your profile avatar.

• Not used for background photo or video capture
• Not used for document scanning
• No additional images are collected

(3) Approximate Location Permission

Purpose: Only used to automatically detect your country code during login or registration.

• We do not store your location
• We do not track your movements
• We do not build any location-based profile
• This function is solely for login convenience

(4) Advertising Tracking (IDFA / App Tracking Transparency)

Purpose: Used for personalized advertising and advertising performance analysis.

• With your consent, we may use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
• Third-party advertising networks for ad delivery optimization

If you decline authorization, it will not affect your normal use of the app.

(5) Adjust (Third-Party Analytics Service)

We use Adjust, a mobile analytics service, to help us understand app performance and improve our services. Adjust only collects device information such as:

• Device model and operating system version
• Unique device identifiers

The data collected by Adjust is used solely for analyzing app performance and improving the user experience.
